Building Control Officer
Location: Cumbria
Pay: GBP9 per hour
Ongoing temporary contract
Hours: 12 hours shifts, 4 on 4 off shift rotation of days and nights.
Start Date: ASAP
Highfield Professional Solution are looking for Building control officers to work for a Highways facilities management company based in Cumbria. You will ideally have an SIA Licensed, knowledge of FM would be great. If working nights main responsibility will be security operating CCTV and site checks.
In the day you will be responsible for FM of the building, ensuring cleaners are coming in, any maintenance issue are reported and a repair arranged.
You may have to do some reactive cleaning (spillage if cleaners are not on site) and minor handyman jobs.
Pay Rate: GBP9.00 per hour
