To carry out regular processes for Trailer Fees, Special Terms, PPL and MGII Retained Operations processes as part of a team as well as assisting and taking part in projects and initiatives that impact these areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. To conduct allocated tasks in accordance with published procedures.
2. Manage requests, issues & queries raised, escalating where necessary.
3. Review processes and procedures to ensure up to date and fit for purpose.
4. Ensure owned dashboards are kept up to date.
5. Accurately estimate future workload and track this.
6. Cover for other team members during times of absence.
7. Represent Retained Operations on projects when applicable.
8. Manage on-going training for self and other team members in area of expertise.
