Purpose of Role :

The role will directly report into the Head of EMEA AML System Change Management team and is responsible for supporting the EMEA AML System Change Management team in;

• Conducting impact analysis on system changes for AML Technology including the KYC Platform, Screening infrastructure and Automated Transaction Monitoring


• Managing EMEA specific AML business requirements, hosting local workshops / user groups and attending global working groups as required.


• Championing business processing changes as a result of AML Technology changes throughout the EMEA organisation


• Supporting EMEA Technology / AML Centre KYC Operations / AML Centre Ongoing Monitoring

Major Responsibilities :

• Use interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, business process descriptions and business analysis to elicit system requirements from EMEA business units for KYC, Screening & Automated Transaction Monitoring


• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs


• Conduct impact assessments of KYC Platform releases, Screening Infrastructure and Automated Transaction Monitoring deployments, identifying how they will impact business processes, resources and other initiatives


• Ensure the KYC Platform releases are tested appropriately by writing use cases and monitoring testing progress


• Proactively communicate and collaborate with business units and IT teams to analyse information needs and functional requirements


• Prepare meeting materials for EMEA AML Technology focused meeting sessions and workshops. Documenting and maintaining meeting minutes for audit tracking ofEMEA specific AML Technology business requirements, tracking next steps and action items to completion


• Provide regular reporting for KPIs, operational metrics, scorecards, dashboards and other reporting as required


• Support ad hoc and/ or strategic projects


• Act as Subject Matter Expert in AML systems and processesincluding the Target Operating Model
