HR Administrator
Required to start: As soon as possible
Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours: 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Corby Business Academy requires a professional and self-motivated HR Administrator to join our business and finance team. The post holder will support all aspects of HR administration and recruitment processes at the Academy. The successful candidate will work with initiative and ideally previous experience administering HR information in a timely, accurate and confidential manner, have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications and have excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will:
Work closely with the Academy Business Manager to ensure the Academy complies with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
Be a point of contact for all staff at the Academy in relation to HR
queries
Provide support to senior colleagues on a broad range of HR and administration matters
Assist in the recruitment process for new colleagues
Work closely with colleagues across the administration team
