We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Pensions Proposition Analyst to join the dynamic and successful Proposition Development team in Edinburgh.

The purpose of this role is to help shape the development of our products, services and customer experience. This role sits within our Pension Proposition & Customer Experience Team, though you will be working with people from many different areas of the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting market and customer insight and providing statistical analysis.
  • Analysing products, services and customer experience to identify improvements.
  • Working with other business areas to understand and define business requirements to deliver the best solution.
  • Ensuring other stakeholders and business areas understand the drivers for change and the impact of those changes by clearly identifying and articulating the key messages.
  • Providing analysis to support proposition design concepts throughout the development cycle.
  • Supporting the delivery of proposition changes, analysing performance data and pro actively providing feedback and recommendations on improvements.
  • Ensuring all elements of risk are fully considered and effectively communicated during the decision-making process.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of the Proposition function and development of our target operating model.

Key skills & Experience required:

  • Experience of identifying and defining changes to products, services, customer experience or customer journeys - either within financial services or another customer-focussed industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage all levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and present back the key points.
  • Experience of working within an 'agile' or fast- changing environment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work to demanding deadlines independently and as part of a team.
  • PC literate with strong knowledge of all main Microsoft Office applications would be an advantage
