Working as a Security maintenance manager you will responsible for managing a team of security maintenance engineers where you will be a point of contact for any technical advice and support they need. As well as being strong technically you will be able to manage a team of engineers as well as manage your indivdual budget.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone whom is looking to progress further up the career ladder as there will be opportunities to move into an Operations management position.
The successfulSecurity maintenance manager will hold as a minimum their NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Security engineering as well as their relevant electrical qualifications.You will need to have a knowledge of CCTV systems whilst having knowledge of retail store check out systems and conveyour belt systems or money pod systems.
You will be someone whom is able to manage their own budget, and whom is able to identify issues and developing effective solutions, as you will need to be able to demonstrate that you can implement change within a team.
This is a permanent position where the successful Security maintenance manager will gain a basic salary up to GBP45,000 dependent on experience and qualifications. On top of this you will be given a generous Car Allowance.
