Temporary Learning & Development Assistant (JT8579) - Central Bristol - 4-6 weeks - ??10.99 per hour

Our centrally located client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The role is based within an established HR Team and will be responsible for coordinating the learning and development activities within the firm.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Responsible for the coordination of the organisations induction ensuring bespoke timetables are produced through liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal training and development activity across all offices (courses, meetings, video conferencing and webinars) from managing wait lists, booking rooms, issuing invites and joining instructions and liaising with internal trainers.
- Coordinate business-wide external training bookings and joining instructions and liaise with external suppliers with regard to payment and invoices.
- Manage the L&D training calendars and maintain all centralised Learning and Development records, including the Learning Management system, spreadsheets and databases.
- Run regular and ad hoc reports to support the L&D manager and ensure regulatory training requirements are met
- Maintain course overview documentation and key details (e.g. cost, duration)
- Be the first point of contact for training course queries
- Source and arrange external training providers and venues where required
- Update the L&D intranet pages and supporting materials.
- Assist the Learning and Development manager and Advisor with ad hoc projects and administration tasks.

Experience Required:

- Previous Learning and Development or Events experience is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in using external websites, online booking and payment systems.
- Extensive Microsoft Outlook experience, including calendar management.
- Highly knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, charts, graphs and formulas.
- Ability to manage multiples tasks and stakeholders at any one time.
- High level of attention to detail, adopting a right first time approach.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently whilst under pressure and adapt to a fast paced, changing environment.
