Sales Manager
You need to be located in the Taunton area, or willing to relocate.

Salary: ??30k - ??40k + commission + Car or Car allowance
My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager, who has experience within Asset Finance, Sales Aid and at a field sales level. You need to ideally be located in the Taunton area currently or you could be located anywhere in the UK, but need to be willing to relocate to the Taunton area, as my client is looking for the ideal candidate to be in the office 2 days per week.
YOUR ROLE
Duties:
* Telephoning businesses to establish relationships
* Writing and emailing those businesses expressing an interest
* Offering leasing, hire purchase and loan facilities to interested businesses
* Securing income from those businesses whereby the company will earn either interest or fees by lending money to either the customer or to the supplier's customer's
* Arranging visits to meet prospective businesses where there's an opportunity to secure income immediately or in the future
* Preparing and managing personal marketing and sales plans
* Attending sales meetings
You may also be asked to assist in recovery of any debts owed to the company and where necessary to assist other lenders where the transaction was introduced by my client.
The successful candidate will need to relocate to Somerset, or those located in the Taunton area, as you will be required to attend the office 2 days per week.
Experience:
You need to have strong Asset Finance and Sales Aid experience within a field sales role. If you were able to bring with you any existing relationships then that would be great, as it's a heavily driven new business desk.
Person:
My client is looking for an ambitious person, a "Hunter". Your success will be measured in the commission that you earn and further down the line you will be offered both a director's position and becoming a shareholder. Over the next 5 years my client wants to double the value of the business through organic growth.
