The restaurant is a rapidly growing countryside gastro-pub, located just 15 minutes outside of Brighton. We pride ourselves in serving the best local produce, craft beers, wines and spirits we can get our hands on. Due to the success of the business we are currently recruiting for a talented Front of House Supervisor/Assistant Manager to join our young, friendly team.

You will be running a young but very competent and experienced team and will be responsible for running your own section on busy days. The working environment is based around the staff, creating a happy working atmosphere is vital to us, so your contribution towards this is crucial.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Someone with substantial experience of working as a wait staff member and/or bar staff in a similar environment
- Staff and cellar management experience preferable
- A calm and organised person with a passion for food, wine, spirits and beer
- An ambitious and enthusiastic staff member with a real desire to progress and learn about management, food and drink
- Someone with their own transport as there is no live in option available, and no public transport to us
