Why work for us?
This is a brilliant opportunity to build on and develop your social care managerial experience. As a Registered Manager, you'll play an important part in our success, reinforcing our reputation as one of the UK's leading home care providers.

The role
You'll be at the forefront of The Organization's Domiciliary Homecare sector, leading a team in Medway. Thanks to you, it'll be a great place to be - for your team and clients alike. You'll create a lively, friendly atmosphere, where everyone feels welcome and is well cared for. It's a great job for a great manager - someone who inspires their teams to achieve.

About you
An experienced manager, you will have a track record of attaining success. You're an inspiring leader with strong communication skills who can get the best out of people. If you've worked in Domiciliary Care before, fantastic - but it's not absolutely essential. It's more important that you can lead a team and establish outstanding customer service. Organised and ready to adapt to challenges, you have the expertise you need to provide a professional, safe and high quality care and support service, meet targets and tackle day-to-day operations.

Requirement of the role

This is an excellent opportunity and challenge if you have the skills we are looking for:
* Ideally you will be qualified to NVQ 4, Health & Social Care Level 5, or suitable alternative, but if you don't we will support you to achieve this.
* Have previous experience managing a large and diverse team and the ability to hit targets.
* Able to manage a varied work load and demonstrate effective time management and organisational planning expertise
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

The benefits
As well as a rewarding career, development opportunities, a competitive salary and performance related bonus, you'll also enjoy a generous holiday allowance and our Employment Benefit scheme.
