Job Title: Business Performance Manager

Location: Otterbourne covering the South of the UK

Salary: Circa £40,000 plus an excellent benefits package including employee bonus, company car and pension

Job Role:

The company is currently looking for a Talented Business Performance Manager located in the South of the UK to join the company and help their business improve and grow.

You will be part of the UK wide Business Performance Team who are technical, innovative and strategical thinking individuals that all work effectively both as a team and individually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and implement new process, procedures and information technology systems for the benefit of the business area
  • Responsible for the production of accurate and timely KPI analysis and appropriate user-centric reports to constantly improve the performance of the business units with the relevant business area
  • To facilitate efficiency improvements, reduce costs and improve profitability across the business area
  • Manage the delivery of key IT/Systems initiatives across the area, working closely with counterparts in Business Systems, Local Authority ICT teams & external 3rd party suppliers
  • Investigate and implement new process, procedures and information technology systems for the benefit of the business area

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Degree level education in a business / analytical / mathematics subject (or relevant experience)
  • Must have a high level working knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI
  • High problem solving ability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Ability to analyse complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of project management process / methodology
  • Understanding of finance and budget process management and reporting
  • Proactive and forward thinking.
  • Experience managing a technical team
  • Experience successfully managing skilled resources
