Experienced Recruitment Consultant required for our Automotive client based in Portbury (BS27) . (onsite role representing Igloo)
The right candidate for this role will have 2 years + recruitment experience, preferrably within in the Automotive sector but not essential. Management experience is also preferred.
The purpose of this post is to manage all external customer and temporary worker relationships and the delivery of services relating to the supply of staffing services to clients in order to maximisethe profitability of our company.
Mains areas of the role as follows ;
Financial;
Sourcing applicants & retaining;
Customer satisfaction;
New business development
Administration, pay role, follow all processes & procedures
The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills, must be well organised, good computer skills & the ability to work under pressure & on own initiative.
This post does carries responsibility for establishing & maintaining excellent relationships with both clients & temporary workers & management of all services provided by Igloo.
Hours are to be confirmed upon interview although will be around 7//7.30am-4/4.30pm dependant on needs of the site. Position due to start 2nd November 2016
