Due to continuing business requirements, we are now looking to recruit an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to join our team in Taunton.
What will I be responsible for?
As our HR Shared Service Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Recruitment, Payroll and Employee Relations functions within the HR Shared Service Centre to ensure the delivery of an excelled customer-focused HR service. The service provided will span an employee's lifecycle, applying exceptional process management skills to enable effective and cost-efficient HR service delivery. On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Assess customer requirements and priorities through partnering with key customers and stake-holders.
- Lead on analysing and developing end-to-end processes which are customer focused and capable of delivering a professional service to the Company by understanding blockages and maximising efficiencies.
- Create, agree and manage service-level agreements and key performance indicators with internal customers, taking corrective action as required.
- Analyse caseload across the team and reassign where appropriate to meet SLAs & KPIs. Also manage suppliers against SLAs, KPIs and contracts.
- Benchmark externally to compare cost of HR service providers to deliver quality and response times.
- Seek process improvement ideas and feedback from customers through formal and informal feedback.
- Manage HR documentation confidentially and in-line with the Data Protection Act, maintaining in-tegrity of electronic/hard copy files and document storage and complying with audit requests. Identify and act on any legislative changes that may impact on service delivery.
- To carry out annual and timely Performance Appraisal Reviews (PAR's) of all direct reportees.
Who are we looking for?
As our ideal HR Shared Services Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of HR best practice, employment legislation and data protection. You will have prveon experience working as either a HR Manager, supervisor or team leader and have the ability to successfully motivated and lead a team. You will also require:
- CIPD Qualifiication or equivalent or working towards.
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths & English.
- Knowledge of Payroll Legislation
- Knowledge of SAP and Success Factors.
- Experience in building, maintaining and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
