My client is currently seeking a Client Accountant with experience in client management, purchase ledger, client control, reporting and property management. Experience with working in a professional service environment is also essential for this well-established, industry leading law firm based in Birmingham.

Essential Skills Required:

• Experience in professional Service Environment
• Client Management/Reporting
• Purchase ledgers
• Understanding of property management
• Statutory legal provision within property

Desirables:

• Working within a legal environment or solicitors

You will be maintaining freehold and leasehold service charge ledgers for numerous developments as well as creating purchase ledgers and payments.

Interacting with different clients, client reporting and assisting the auditors as well as the Property Manager with the service charge accounts. Organising credit control on overdue accounts is another big part of your role whilst resolving complaints and any queries.
