Customer Liaison Officer - 2 Month Contract - Immediate Start

We are recruiting for one of the nation's largest commercial companies who provide an extensive range of construction services including construction management, general contracting, design and build and preconstruction.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive Customer Liaison Officer to join our team in Crewe on a 2 month temporary contract. As the successful candidate you will be key support to our onsite Customer Liaison team driving to various locations notifying allocated neighbourhoods of pre-works in the area, providing effective support during project activity and aftercare once projects have completed.

Key Requirements

• attend site review and proactively undertake project walk knocking on customer doors to advise of project works that will be carried within the area
• travel to various surrounding locations working with onsite teams to deliver excellent customer service - Driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this role
• proactively manage pre-start introductions for all customers and initiate Customer Log for on-going customer communications
• knock on customer doors, provide briefing and overview of works bringing awareness of project work, timescales and ensure customers are happy at all times
• provide on-going proactive customer communication, pre, during and post project
• conduct regular onsite feedback
• resolve complaints face to face with the support of the project Back Office team
• conduct final customer service site approval
• ad-hoc duties as and when required from management
