This is an amazing opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our busy, friendly HR team, which offers a comprehensive in-house service to all the departments within Tate Enterprises and Tate Catering. This includes all our Retail and Catering outlets within the four Tate Galleries, as well as Tate Publishing and other revenue-generating departments.
The Training Coordinator will be based at our beautiful new offices in the Switch House building at Tate Modern, working full-time (though we are happy to consider job-sharing) to coordinate all in-house and external training events and to deliver some training yourself. The Training Coordinator is responsible for maintaining training material, keeping records of all training attendance and training costs. There will be a lot of communicating with suppliers and delegates, as well as problem-solving. This role also includes other general administrative duties to support the People Director and the People Team, such as organising meetings and taking meeting minutes and notes.
Our perfect candidate will have:
• great experience of organising training events
• excellent administrative skills
• great communication skills, and the ability to present training with confidence
• good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• experience in hospitality, visitor attraction or retail industries
• and bags of common sense, and a pro-active, can-do, positive attitude
If this sounds like you, we’d love you to apply. In addition to a spectacular place of work, we offer great benefits including a paid lunch meal, discounts in our shops and cafés, contributory pension scheme, Employee Assistance Program, Cycle scheme and free entry to exhibitions for you and your friends and family.
We hope to conduct our interviews from 9th March
