My client are an innovative, technology based, document management consultancy that provide a range of document control systems to their clients in the NHS and Local Government and commercial organisations. They are currently working with 360 Resourcing Solutions to recruit a Document Template Specialist, to join them at their Bristol Offices.

Reporting to the Document Support Team Manager, you will be part of an exciting new team responsible for converting customers' documents into a format that can be processed by the companies bespoke suite of software on behalf of the customer..

You will be trained to understand the content and construction of a variety of Commercial and NHS documents and to work through these documents logically to identify and capture each piece of information as it is encountered; building a bespoke document template. Alongside constructing new templates you will also be responsible for carrying out ongoing maintenance in the form of making updates and modifications to documents as customers make changes to their current formats and templates.

This is a fast paced role which is often time-critical so a good eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines is needed to apply for this position.

Principle Activities

Accurately recognise the content and significance of information on both Commercial and NHS documents
Apply defined logic to construct robust templates for our customer's documents
Maintaining a high standard of quality control in response to change
Escalate any issues or queries to the Document Support Team Manager
Following pre-defined procedures and documentation to aid timely task resolution
Maintain a clear log of activities using our bespoke task management software

Education

Minimum five GCSE Grade 'C' or equivalent, including English & Maths
