This Primary school in Manchester is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant in their year one class to work one to one with a child who has been diagnosed with autism and has speech and language difficulties. The role will be 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday).

This Primary School in Manchester is a two form entry community school which caters for children from age 4-11 years old. The Senior Leadership team are driven on creating a strong community bond and works tirelessly to ensure that children receive the best learning experience. As a one to one Teaching Assistant, you will ensure that all learning plans are followed and updated with the class Teacher.

Responsibilities:

  • Your role will consist of guiding a child who needs additional support to help him to access the curriculum.
  • Communicating with the class Teacher, SENCO and parents.
