Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to play an important role within the marketing department in the exciting world of self-help and personal growth.

Our client is a new media publishing company who; publish, develop and invest in brands, websites & products that inspire change in the lives of others.

Report to the Directors and Marketing Manager, supporting the day to day operations of the Marketing dept, to improve traffic and lead generation.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule, monitor??daily social media posts
- Updating website??blogs
- Create on and off site SEO/content
- Create paid traffic adverts
- Create and send HTML emails
- Report analysis on previous campaigns
- Monitor key website metrics

Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience
- Experience of HTML/CSS/email marketing/PPC/SEO/social
- Excellent command of the English language and writing skills
- Understanding of sales copy that converts readers into buyers
- Reliable with deadlines, manage simultaneous projects
- Familiar??with online sales funnels and email auto-responders
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Able to use initiative, work under pressure with minimal supervision
- A great??team player motivated to learn new skills
- Willing to occasionally put in extra hours to meet tight deadlines if needed
- Passionate about personal development
- Experience with Google AdWords and Google SEO a bonus
