Health-On-Line has an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join the team based at Bristol. You will be on a full time, permanent basis with a highly competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with OTE of £42,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

Insureme-on-Line is part of Health-on-Line, a successful and growing Private Medical Insurance Company, whose head office is based in Bournemouth.

For the first time we are looking to expand into the Bristol market and are building a motivated and driven sales force. This role requires you to closely manage a new team of sales agents, being responsible for ensuring individual and team targets are achieved, as well as adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. This position’s primary responsibility is ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing effective and efficient management and leadership.

As our Team Manager your main responsibility is to work closely with the sales and quality coaches, and the wider remote team to manage activity to maximise lead conversion.

What we’ll expect from you

- Proven experience managing a team to achieve targets

- Experience managing performance, behavioural and absence issues to successful resolution

- Able to demonstrate a clear interest in individual needs and points of view

- Excellent organisational skills – a strong objective setter, planner and controller, always finishing what is started

- Able to make fair decisions under pressure and considers the wider impact of decisions before taking action

- Critical thinking and a positive problem solver

- Self-disciplined and able to manage own and others workload

- Ability to work methodically and accurately 

- Ability to work well under pressure and remain effective
