Fantastic opportunity not to be missed! The Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) has an exciting opportunity for an Event Planner to join the team in Holborn. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000-£29,100 per annum.
The Royal College of Anaesthetists offers a wide range of educational conferences and events aimed at doctors in anaesthesia, critical care and pain medicine. This role will join a vibrant and exciting team who together deliver over 100 events a year from high impact simulation events for groups of 30 people up to largescale conferences for over 300.
The Event Planner will be lead co-ordinator and project manager with overall responsibility for a series of allocated events from the College education programme. This will include full end to end management of all event logistics including venue liaison, supplier and speaker liaison and event day management. The role will also be accountable for all event marketing including the production of marketing plans and promotional materials. The final element of the Event Planner role will involve all event administration including delegate registration, budget management and post event analysis and reconciliation.
The successful Event Planner will have successful working experience in a comparable events environment. The post calls for a pro-active, calm, confident, articulate professional with amazing attention to detail and a hardworking, organised approach, who is able to offer a quality service for the College’s members, delegates and speakers.
