Our client who are leaders in their industry, are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their customer service team due to dramatic client growth.

Responsibilities 

Working closely with the Account Manager, you will help to develop strong customer relationships 

Responding to customer enquiries (deliveries, invoices, products and pricing) 

Negotiating pricing with customers within pre agreed remits 

Contact existing customers with regular promotions and special offers 

Raising purchase orders 

Maintaining customer CRM database 

It is essential that the right candidate has excellent communication and written skills 

You must strive for customer satisfaction

IT literate
