Administration Manager - Financial Services
Manager/Supervisor/pension/share plans/financial services/GBP37000/Bromley

Your new role:
This role is to manage 3 sub-teams (12 people in total) who provide support to Major Dedicated Clients - these teams cover all aspects of plan administration including:
- One-to-One relationship with clients
- Initial grant of Awards/Options
- Client reporting
- Management of sales and transfers
- Initial eligibility and application processes
- Reconciliation
- Provide oversight and guidance to your team
- Plan for all future major events including Grants, Reporting, Maturities
- Assist in on-boarding new International Clients
- Plan resource requirements throughout the year, focusing on key peak volumes
- Work with support partners to implement new technology systems
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Proven leadership skills
- Extensive experience of managing multiple teams
- Extensive experience of working in the financial industry - pensions/options/bonds/shares or similar financial instruments
