My client is looking for a Business Transformation and Change Consultant to join their growing business in their London office.

My client's current assignments include transformation and change initiatives for international clients in financial services, and across the commercial sector.
Description
We are currently seeking high calibre Transformation & Change Consultants at all levels to help us drive business growth across multiple industry sectors. Our consultants combine industry expertise with strong delivery experience, having backgrounds from either consulting or within industry.
Recent experience of delivery and transformation.
My client works at the senior level, dealing with Directors, Partners and other key stakeholders within a business.
You will be fundamental to leading and managing the delivery of these transformation projects by using your experience of how change is managed and transformed in a complex business. You'll also work closely with your colleagues across the UK and the wider business.
Profile
All consultants are expected to demonstrate: (to varying levels dependant on grade)
- A keen focus on business values
- Expert stakeholder management skills
- Ambition to become an subject matter expert
- Flexibility around working location is essential - could be called to travel at short notice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required skills:
- A successful track record of leading and delivering transformation
- Expertise in relevant change methods
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
