Our client are a niche but widescale financial services organisation with offices near Epsom.
Description
The Ecommerce UX Manager positions are important ones for the business. Working B2B2C, they will work with the businesses partners to understand opportunities to improve their digital customer journey, driving content and CRO improvements and creating design concepts, wireframes and prototypes in order to improve online sales. You will then brief and work with designers and developers to make these changes, and report and analyse ongoing improvements.
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Ecommerce UX Manager manager role will have a broad background with understanding of strong UX principals and how to improve conversion on an ecommerce website. They will have worked with Content previously and have developed wireframes, prototypes and site maps. They will also have a strong understanding of analytics and reporting, and be able to tailor their findings to a non technical third party partner audience.
Job Offer
A salary of GBP55000 - GBP65000 plus bonus and very healthy benefits package.
