Job Description:

Our client is currently recruiting for a retail store manager who is passionate about fashion and trends and ideally has a keen interest in watches. The candidate will be aware of trends in the market alongside the experience and success of previously managing a team of staff to deliver customer service to the highest level. The successful candidate will demonstrate an aptitude in developing product knowledge to ensure that the customer service process is exceeded at all times.

The Role:

He/she will drive sales and be involved in all aspects of the business, including team management and development, sales and product knowledge, attractive and innovative merchandising. The Store Manager will be responsible for producing staff rotas, holiday and ongoing training, performance and appraisals. To prioritise, plan and organise the team in the most efficient way.
Responsibilities:

?? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
?? Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
?? Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
?? Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
?? Report on market trends, customer needs and requests
?? Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
?? Stock control/Intake/Deliveries
?? Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
?? Cash handling and reconciliation
?? Security
?? Key holder

Requirements:

?? Proven successful experience as a retail manager
?? Good communication and interpersonal skills
?? Good leadership skills
?? Customer management skills
?? Strong organisational skills
?? Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media.
?? Positive attitude, tenacity and ambition
