Digital Marketing Executive

My client is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join a large marketing team based in Blackpool. This role is reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of marketing activity to drive attendance and revenue targets for the business. Whilst managing the digital marketing activity for the brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing Director to prepare an annual and monthly digital marketing activity plan covering web sites, e.marketing, social networking, pay per click rich media and search engine optimisation, for various brands and businesses.
Develop, build and maintain an online presence for the brands and businesses ensuring content is always relevant and up to date
Updating website content, managing this online process
Managing social media channels, across Facebook, twitter, youtube, LinkedIn, blogs etc
Managing external digital agency relationships
Plan and deliver a range of business driving email campaigns to support the brands and businesses
Work closely with the Web Manager to ensure web management and development work is in line with activity plan and strategy.
Manage the various databases held by the marketing and PR team and ensure they are regularly cleaned and updated.
Design and produce marketing materials and presentations using in-house software.
Monitor and control the marketing budgets for your area of responsibility.
Work with the company's IP partners on joint marketing activity and capitalising on the brands and opportunities available
Use of the CRM system including day to day functions and future development work and marketing support to other end users.

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level/CIM/DIM Qualification
Must have extensive experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and social media channels
Understanding of seo, ppc, google adwords, google plus (working with digital agency)
Possess some traditional marketing experience in print, social media, advertising, events, crm, brochures, pr and some knowledge of digital marketing
Knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft dynamics, salesforce other crm tools)
Experience of supervising a team member (desirable)
Possess a hands on approach with good communication skills
A flexible approach to working hours is required to meet the often-changing demands of the business
