The Company
The company is a Glasgow based business telecoms and IT provider. Together with their IT division PCR, they provide business with a full range of high quality telecoms and IT products and services. Their product range includes, landlines, mobiles, hosted IP telephony, ADSL. Fibre connectivity and EFM.
The Role
-
To provide outstanding customer service by acting as the first point of contact for our clients.

Providing technical support, diagnosing faults and managing them through to resolution, working closely with suppliers and colleagues.

Managing orders for new services through to completion, while working closely with the sales team and our wholesale partners.

Assisting with the monthly bill run and direct debit collections.

Assisting with general administrative tasks.
The Candidate

Customer focused and enthusiastic.

Clear, confident communications skills.

Reliable, honest and professional outlook.

Good computer usage skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Previous employment in a customer facing role would be desirable.

Good time management and organisation skills.

Previous telecoms experience isn't required but a keen interest in technology is essential.
