Keele University Science and Innovation Park (KUSIP) is a unique and picturesque 70 acre site hosting and supporting the growth and development of more than 40 knowledge-intensive businesses. Fully integrated within the Keele University campus, the Science and Innovation Park is one of the leading developments of its kind.
This post provides the opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key role in managing the Science & Innovation Park and supporting its growth and development activities. The Science & Innovation Park Manager will have overall responsibility for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Science Park. You will act as a single point of contact for tenants, support the development of collaborative relationships with resident Science Park companies (working with the wider Directorate of Engagement & Partnerships team) and will develop and support activities targeted at bringing new companies onto the Science Park site.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) or have relevant equivalent work experience and will have previous experience of working in a customer focused role. You will be an excellent team player, able to develop and manage effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will also possess ability for continuous improvement of service delivery.
