Service Centre Advisor
£20,369 - £22,633 per annum pro rata
22.5 hours per week
Fixed term contract until 31st December 2017
Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.
You will provide a comprehensive maintenance support and information service for CHP residents and other customers, taking ownership of incoming queries, both face-to-face and on the telephone, to a satisfactory resolution. In addition, you will schedule responsive repairs to ensure effective use of workforce and actively contribute to developing the service.
You will have worked in a customer-focused organisation and have excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will be competent in office procedures and have an understanding of resource/workload planning. Previous use of scripting systems or knowledge of housing maintenance/repairs would be advantageous.
