Trade Parts Programme Manager - Automotive
An exciting position has arisen for a Parts Programme Manager to join the parts and accessoriesdistribution operation of a leading vehicle manufacturer. We are seeking an individual with experience of developing / working with automotive trade programmes to develop, manage and influence trade parts business at Head Office and dealership level.
Midlands Based - Commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Coventry, Nuneaton, Cannock, Stafford, Burton upon Trent, Loughborough, Leicester, Derby

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Program Manager will manage and influence trade parts activities in the UK and Ireland, managing 2 Business Development Managers to deliver targets and implement initiatives, building a market leading program.
- Be the main channel of communication with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a successful working relationship with aftersales departments, influencing them and gaining their 'buy-in'.
- Collate information and feedback from dealers and IMT's regarding the parts program and use this information to make recommendations for the future.
- Use your market knowledge and expertise to influence future strategy.
The Candidate
- Experience of working with trade parts programmes is a must, as is an understanding of parts and aftersales
- Previous experience of managing and developing a team
- Confident communicator - able to build strong working relationships and influence at all levels
- The ability to negotiate and sell ideas
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach
- Strong IT skills - in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- You will be Analytical, a problem solver and inquisitive by nature
