Senior M&E Manager - Central London
The Client
My client is a Major Tier 1 Contractor that have been specialising in large scale Design & Build Major Projects for over 100 years. They started off as a Contractor specialising in the Healthcare sector and since then have successfully transitioned across numerous sectors. To date they are still a growing with a turnover in excess of GBP750 million. They are continually shortlisted for various Construction related awards and aim to carry this tradition forward. Typically projects range from GBP5 million to GBP50 million.
The Role
The client is looking for a Senior MEP Manager to be based between site and head office. The scheme is a project exceeding GBP50 million comprising of a New Build Mixed Commercial & Residential development consisting of over GBP350 units across 2 blocks. The project is due to run until 2019. Reporting directly to the Regional Director this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager to progress their career.
The Candidate
The ideal Senior MEP Project Manager will be responsible for:
- The project is incredibly design driven and the individual must have the ability to work alongside the consultant to ensure the specifications are being adhered to.
- You will be expected to examine the work continuously throughout the duration of the project.
- Overseeing all Procurement relating to the scheme.
- Ensuring the project is successfully completed through to client handover.
