We are at an exciting time of growth and are currently seeking CAE Engineers who will be responsible forinterior restraints analysis.

The successful candidate will have experience in working with safety belts, airbags, seats, instrument panels, centre console and door trim. All are of course important parts in the protection of the interior occupant in the vehicle. This includes parametrisation of belts and airbags etc to be able to optimize the restraints.

It is anticipated that you have:

- Experience in correlation of test data from physical sled tests into equivalent CAE models.
- Familiar with both legal and consumer tests in terms of injury levels for front and side occupants, CNCAP, EURONCAP, etc.
- Familiar with parameter studies and optimization tools that will be used to optimize the seatbelt and airbag performance in the vehicle.
- Experienced in positioning of crash test dummies in CAE using appropriate test protocols.
- Experience in relevant CAE crash codes.

Let's talk money! We won't pay you GBP60k as a basic salary but we do take you over the GBP30k threshold with a
magnetising sum!
