Otis is seeking to recruit a commercially driven, Qualified Accountant for a Financial Accounting Manager position based at our UK Finance Function in Leicester
This high profile role will entail leading a talented team to ensure financial and statutory accounting compliance, process robustness and continuous improvement.
Ideally but not necessarily, you will be an ACA from a Top 20 Accountancy Firm and possess the ambition to deliver results in a commercial organisation. You will have gained post qualification experience within a fast paced, complex business and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in people management. Your accountancy technical expertise will include excellent statutory reporting skills, up to date knowledge of Tax and VAT procedures and ideally exposure to Treasury Management.
You will be a confident, effective communicator who can influence senior decision makers with strategic thinking/ commercial awareness at a financial & non-financial level. You will also be very IT literate with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
