Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Talent Manager.

In this role, you will:

- Contribute expertise to the planning and delivery for annual/biannual Talent cycle activities and policies, frameworks and supporting tools;
- Provide professional expertise and leadership to the Talent development agenda; leads the talent agenda by working with the Learning & Talent Development leadership team and other key HR and business stakeholders to establish Talent development requirements for the Business/Functions/Host
- Seek best practice and innovation in relation to Talent development to provide insight to HSBC activities
- Work with colleagues in the Development and HR function to understand Talent development needs across Global Business/Functions/Host globally
- Collaborate with the Development leadership team and Solution Centre leads to define the strategy for Talent development in HSBC
- Engage Solution Centres leads to identify and customise appropriate Solution Centre content that can be leveraged for group-wide Talent propositions.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Large, complex organisations
- Role relevant qualifications, i.e. Relevant industry professional qualifications
- Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. talent and development experience within a large organisation
- Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
