We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Customer Communications Manager.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the Customer Communications team
- Respond to business briefs to establish clear objectives for each campaign
- Manage the creative development process across all key Direct channels (direct mail, email, SEM, SMS) from effective brief to approved creative concept
- Utilise existing creative assets and adapt for channel usage where appropriate
- Develop unique/bespoke creative to support campaigns where appropriate
- Manage the development of effective and engaging branch literature and communications for new customers/relationships

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Marketing
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
- Role relevant qualifications, i.e. Degree level or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential

Entirely new from the ground up, HSBC UK's head office is opening in Birmingham. The location of this role will move to our new state of the art offices at 2 Arena Central during 2018.
