Brand new opportunity seeking an experienced Manager to join a dynamic and expanding organisation based in Central Chippenham (2 minutes away from the Railway Station).
You will be a key member of the Partnerships and Business Development Team, focusing on growth in domestic customers. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager as well as Marketing, Communications and Customer Operations teams you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships. This team plays a major part in contributing to the growth, profitability and positioning of the company. You will be the main point of contact for a number of relationships, ensuring they are well managed, delivering as planned and reinforce the company's brand values. This is a diverse role where successful delivery requires discussion and agreement internally while meeting the needs and expectations of external organisations and individuals.
Your Key Responsibilities
Creatively manage partnerships to develop opportunities and maximise value for the company.
Work with Partnerships and Business Development Manager, Propositions Manager and other teams across the company to evaluate opportunities presented by owned accounts.
Working closely with Marketing and Comms to guide and support delivery of activities
Accountability for KPIs, with significant contribution to team targets
Essential skills for this role if you would like to apply:
Ideally minimum 3 years managing key relationships with partners
Ideally minimum 1 year account managing intermediaries
Outcome focused
Creative, analytical and positive attitude
Ability to identify commercial opportunities
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
Confident presenting, negotiating and influencing people across all levels of an organisation
Strong communication skills
