South West Water is looking to appoint a Regional Bioresources Manager to work within the Waste Water Services Department.
This role is to provide regional focus on sludge and biosolids operations in collaboration with the Waste Water Team in South West Water. You will be responsible for the central management of the interworks and biosolids recycling contracts in place with Waste Water Services.You will raise non compliance and improvement plans as necessary in order to support the performance of the operational management team.
To be considered for this role, you will have specialist knowledge of sludge treatment, biosolids recycling and CHP optimisation processes.You will have excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to lead a high performing team in order to achieve optimum performance.A degree / HNC or equivalent is preferred.
