North Oxford Area Lettings Manager
As Area Lettings Manager, you will need to:
- To generate profit by driving income/activity levels of estate agency and associated activities for the CGEAL group
- To create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
- Maximise resources to increase operational profitability
- Directly generate fee income
- Develop long term client relationships to ensure client retention
- Monitor activity to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and RICS code
- Ensure that staff are focussed on Core priorities of the business
- Develop successful teams and individuals who have long term careers with the company
The ideal candidate will:
- Have significant previous Estate Agency experience
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Be able to work effectively managing a team
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have good organisational skills
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence
