Administration Manager
Full-time position (37.5hrs p/w)
(based at Cayley House in Elland, West Yorkshire)
c. GBP20k- GBP23k + benefits
(dependent on skills & experience)

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Manager to lead our Administration Team, and to help grow and support this key function within the Charity. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration activities for the Charity based at our head office in Elland.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of administration team management gained in the Charity or service related environment. They should be able to demonstrate strong service delivery skills, whilst at the same time being able to demonstrate effective management of costs, and meeting targets agreed with the Director of Operations.
Candidates will also be required to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team. They will also enjoy working as part of a team and have a collaborative style, and should also have a talent for developing staff and analysing performance.
Experience of understanding HR processes and their management is very desirable for this position.
