We are recruiting for a Wealth Management Administrator within an established Wealth Management company on a full-time permanent basis.

The individual shall be working in a very busy and successful Wealth Management office, working as part of a team.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


Handle new business, processing and submitting of a wide range of pensions, life assurance and investment business.
Actioning renewals and putting policies on risk.
Obtain illustrations and product literature such as KFD's and application forms.
Preparation of annual reviews for Adviser's Client meetings.
Complete administration post Adviser Client reviews.
Act as a referral point for Client and Scheme Member queries.
Administer Corporate Scheme actions such as scheme leavers, renewals etc.
Type letters and file notes, answer telephones and assist with other ad hoc administrative and client servicing tasks.
Liaise with Advisers, Product Providers and Clients in a polite and professional way.
Record and maintain Client information.
Prepare letters of authority.
Maintain an accurate record of the Client's financial situation.
Dealing with changes to policies, fund and client personal details liaising with Investment Managers, Product Providers and Platforms to ensure that all matters are resolved.
Responding to Client and Consultant requests and dealing with these in a timely manner.
Such other tasks as may be allocated at the discretion of the line manager.


Successful Candidate:


Experience within a financial services based WM Administrators role.
Knowledge of Pensions, Life and Investment products and platforms.
Be familiar with product provider websites and on-line systems.
Must be highly computer literate, able to pick up new systems quickly and having experience using systems such as Intelligent Office.


This is a Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm role working within a friendly team environment. A generous salary and additional benefits are on offer dependant on experience.
