Parking Officer (Ref: COTD050)
Salary: GBP19,238 pa - GBP21,057 pa
We are looking for an organised and efficient person to join our team, working in a busy, friendly, and sometimes challenging environment. You will be required to provide excellent customer service within the Parking Services Business Unit, carrying out office based functions in connection with parking enforcement.
Your responsibilities will include the processing of penalty charge notices including appeals, payments and debt recovery of any outstanding charges. In addition you will assist in the management of permits for our residents parking scheme and season tickets for our car parks.
You will need to be able to communicate tactfully and effectively with the public, including the ability to deal with emotive and challenging situations when they arise.
