As GDPR begins to impact the way in which companies use their data, my client a financial services provider in Edinburgh are looking to bring in a Program Manager to make sure that the companies data strategy aligns and adheres to all regulatory requirements.
The role:
- Co-ordination of the program's projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising
- Planning and designing the Program and pro actively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Defining the Program's governance framework to include appropriate communication to steering and Board level
- Budget responsibility for the overall Program to include reporting and management of costs
You'll have:
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage people across multiple disciplines
- Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling Programs including the use of industry software applications
- Proven track record in delivery of regulatory change programs within a Financial Services organization
- Experience working on Data management, enterprise risk or data governance programs
