Catering HSE Manager
Kazakhstan
4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off
My client is a leading FM provider for remote sites all across the world. Due to a large contract win, they are now looking for a HSE for one of their large sites in Kazakhstan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Company's HSE requirements as detailed in the Health, Safety Environmental & Quality Management System (QMS) are implemented in compliance with Client Health & Safety requirements and maintained in all existing and new sites
- Develop Annual HSE Plan for each location, in line with the Company's Regional and Country plans, to ensure all company objectives are met and in compliance with Client's requirements
- Assist the Project Management Team in reviewing and updating HSE/ QMS document procedures and work instructions
- Responsible for all HSE matters related to his areas of supervision
- Monitor and report on all major non-conformances and follow up the same for effective closure
- Undertake planned routine HSE, HACCP and/or QMS audits and inspections to ensure ongoing awareness of need to minimize risks for each sites/ line of service including food safety aspects
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Environmental Health or advanced diploma in Health and Safety or a Degree or Diploma in related fields of Food Science & Public Health from a recognized institute
- Minimum Five years of proven experience as an HSE Officer or Manager in the field of Facility/ Utilities/ Catering and Support Services in environment of a large size Camp installation
- Background in ISO 9001:2008, OSHAS 18001 HACCP and ISO 14001 standards
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite.
