We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to provide positive support to four individuals living in their own home in Stoke on Trent.
This is a supported living service which has very strong community links, it is busy and specialises in supporting adults with a learning disability to maintain these links and actively seek out meaningful activities that reflect the individual's aspirations. We aim to deliver outcome focused, person centred support which exceeds the national minimum standards. Do you have the commitment to be part of this busy, vibrant team?
Previous experience is essential as is passion, commitment, good values and an innovative approach are.
