Platform Engineer/DevOps Engineer/Sytsems Engineer - York - Permanent - Up to GBP50,000 per annum

iSource IT are currently recruiting a Platform Engineer to join an exciting business based in York. The opportunity will see yourself building and operating a multi cloud platform which serves millions millions of customers across the globe. The client are looking to offer someone the exciting opportunity to join a team who are highly experienced in building and running large Internet systems and from day 1 you will be involved in training and progress to make the next step in your career.

The team worth within a DevOps culture with development, operations and QA working in one single team.

Salary is offering up to GBP50,000 per annum (dependent on level of experience).

We are looking for a candidate with skills in the following:

• Linux or Unix systems
• Cloud computing in any of the following: AWS. Google cloud platform, Microsoft Azure
• Automation Tools
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and culture
