Job PA To Director / Bookkeeper Role:

The PA and Bookkeeper will look after all matters that the Director requires assistance with, entering the basic bank transactions onto QuickBooks, filing and dealing with invoices and queries relating . There is the chance to be involved in all aspects of the business from Property Management and Development. The assistant is expected to find resolutions to the day to day issues that come up and assume responsibility of the office administration from day one. A sound sense of judgement is required. The ability to tackle all that is given to you is a must.

The PA will be required to assist the Director with all matters from ordering he requires assistance, including arranging diary, meetings, appointments, buying goods, arranging insurance, telephone calls to suppliers, tradesmen, suppliers, handing invoicing and all queries that may come. To be a front line person and filtering calls and emails as required.

General office duties:

The candidate will assume full responsibility for all office admin duties including filing, keeping all files in order and upto date, copying, scanning, emailing , post, banking, and all office ad hoc duties.

Character profile:

We are looking for a graduate calibre, articulate, focused individual with a desire to succeed and win. Previous experience as a PA is required. Most importantly, you need to be the directors right hand person with the can do attitude and be very well organised; an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties. 

Can you be our ambassador to the business?

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as the ability to handle tricky customers and find solutions to their problems quickly and efficiently. 

An excellent attention to details is ABSOLUTELY paramount in this position.

Extensive use of MS Word and Excel and Outlook and so you must be proficient in these.

Salary : Excellent for the right person with performance bonus
Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
