ASC Connections is looking for a Regional Manager to join the business and work between our Bristol & North Worcestershire offices paying a competitive salary plus bonus and benefits.

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing two technical / engineering recruitment teams based out of Bristol and North Worcestershire. You will be expected to carry out a multi-faceted role including performance management, training & development, client relationship management and new business development.

With the current teams in place being small in number but highly experienced, this role is both hands-on and strategic with the overall goal to increase the headcount and maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities will include:

Performance Management

* Individual Revenue - to set and review revenue targets and monitor team member's performance against target.
* To set and monitor the necessary KPI's for the achievement of revenue targets.
* To conduct weekly 121 meetings with team members.
* To conduct quarterly appraisals.

Training and Development

* To undertake training needs analysis and liaise with the Directors to arrange an appropriate training resource.

* To undertake coaching and mentoring of individual team members.

New Business Development and Client Management

* Attend client visits with Consultants.
* Identify and follow up new business opportunities.
* To prepare Tenders and Proposals with input from Directors.
* To maximise the potential of any client.

Service Delivery

* To ensure the teams work to Best Practice in line with Company Policy.
* Searching, Advertising, Use of Social Media, CV Presentation, Interviewing, etc.

The ideal candidate will offer previous management experience within a recruitment environment, alongside an excellent knowledge of the technical / engineering recruitment sector. Although the role will be based between Bristol and North Worcestershire, there will be flexibility on time spent in each office dependent on your home base.
