Location - Barton on Humber, commutable from Hull, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Lincoln, Louth, Alford, Market Rasen

This leading independent tyre specialist is looking to recruit Telesales Advisers.

They are recruiting for Customer Sales Advisers to join their exciting Customer Sales Teams at their Barton upon Humber warehouse. They are looking for advisers with ability to process electronic orders, communicate with customers, take inbound calls and process orders along with phoning out with offers.

As a Sales Adviser you will be?

- Speaking to customers confirming their electronic order has been completed and the ETA
- Notifying customers of shortfalls in the event stock is unavailable.
- Answering incoming calls from the Motor Trade, advising them on the options available.
- Providing quotes to customers
- Up selling products add-ons
- Answering customer queries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Keeping customer engaged in calls
- Using various computer systems

As a Sales Adviser you will have?

- An enthusiastic attitude
- Drive and determination, to be able to work under pressure and maintain self-motivation
- Be PC literate, with the ability to learn new systems
- Some sort of customer service experience needed - retail, hospitality, call center
- The ability to work as part of a team

Full Time - 45 hours per Week / Monday - Friday and Alternate Saturday's
