Receptionist – Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for friendly and enthusiastic Receptionists to join our established team in our Crawley Vets4Pets practice. The successful candidate will ideally possess previous reception and customer service experience, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care.​

The role will include will meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments and interacting with customers. Experience with, or a love of, animals would be advantageous and as this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.
The role is full time, the hours will be 40 a week with a weekend rota of 1 in 2. By joining our surgery, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care.
